A through-coloured, one coat cement based render, blending measured quantities of white cement, quartz, selected sands, lime, pigment and additives. offers a durable, decorative and cost effective alternative to traditional external renders, whilst maintaining high performance protection against the elements.
Applied by trowel or spray gun to prepared exterior substrates of brick, block or concrete, one coat render provides a suitable low maintenace, water repellent and colourfast covering to facades of houses, apartment blocks, offices, hospitals etc. With a simple clean water wash, discolouration becomes a thing of the past.
The extensive range of colours and finishes available, affords the designer with alternatives to cement and sand render, natural stone and exposed aggregate finishes. With careful setting-out, stone quoins and surrounds to openings, of contrasting colours and/or textures, can easily be mimicked.
